XLure R.T.U. Multi-Species Beetle Floor Traps maximize lure of most stored product pests, by combining numerous pheromones with specific, patented insect food baits and a luring dim, comfortable, dust free environment. The floor traps for a wide variety of borers, weevils and their offspring. A channel paper absorbs different vegetable oils (an additional attractant) and lines the base of the cartridge. Fallen and caught beetles are covered in this oil, which thwarts their attempts to ascend the interior wall of the trap.
XLure's R.T.U. MST Beetle Floor traps can be used as part of a thorough monitoring program, in food processing plants, manufacturing facilites, food storage plants,pet stores, homes, schools, medical clinics and nursing facilities. Set the floor traps initially at 15' – 25' apart. Modify the spacing of the traps after trap inspections and after determining the localized infestation. The cartridges in the trap can be replaced after 6 – 8 weeks. Replacement Pheromone/Food Lure cartridges come in boxes of 10. Every cartridge is sealed and packaged to ensure peak bait attractiveness.
