Bora-Care with Mold-Care is a 5:1 solution that is topically applied to wood surfaces in the structure to kill and prevent wood decay, mold and other wood destroying organisms. During new construction, the Bora-Care with Mold-Care treatment is applied to all wood in the structure based on the label and technical bullet. In existing structures, the mixed solution is administered to infested wood in areas such as crawl spaces, attics and basements, and is usually done in conjunction with mechanical moisture controls. Bora-Care with Mold-Care can also be applied to wet walls, roofs, on wood under shower and baths and anywhere moist wood is a problem.
