Premise Pre-Construction is a non-repellent termiticide that offers high performance, affordability an excellent value. This product cannot be detected by termites. Instead termites come directly in contact with the active ingredient, imidacloprid. Unlike some other termiticides Premise will not harm plumbing or other construction components.
